ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change based on international currency rates and cost prices without further notice. Product availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please be aware that placing an order does not guarantee stock availability until confirmed by our team. We do not accept order cancellations after the order has been processed. If an order is canceled at the client’s request after payment has been confirmed, the refunded amount will be credited exclusively to the client’s method of payment. Upon purchase, you will receive an electronic bill containing your order number, order specifications, username, and password. These credentials allow you to check the status of your order. Failure to provide accurate shipping information, including your real full name, that prevents successful delivery of your order will mean we are not responsible for reshipping or issuing a refund. Orders that are returned to sender are usually lost, as we use a fake return name and address. This is industry standard, for security reasons. Creating multiple accounts on our website is prohibited as it can cause significant delays and confusion for our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the suspension of all your accounts, and we will no longer provide service to you.
STORE CREDIT AND DEPOSITS
Non-Refundable Store Credit: Once store credit has been applied to your account, it is non-refundable and cannot be converted back into cryptocurrency or any other form of currency. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange or financial institution. Finality of Deposits: All cryptocurrency deposits made to your account are final. Please ensure that you deposit the correct amount, as it cannot be refunded or adjusted once the transaction is complete. Future Use: Any unused store credit will remain securely in your account for future purchases.

You become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once delivered, we assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods, and ordered goods are not returnable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. In addition to the estimated delivery times below, please be aware that an extra 5-6 days for domestic orders and 6-9 days (or more) for international orders might be added before tracking numbers become available. LIABILITY
For security reasons, refunds are generally issuedtothesamepaymentmethod. In exceptional cases, a cash refund may be offered, but it will only be processed in Bitcoin or Litecoin, regardless of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of package loss or seizure, refund can be offered in store credit only, no exceptions. If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the order date for domestic shipments, or within 60 days for shipments from abroad, you must notify us in writing at our contact address. If the delivered goods are damaged in any way, do not match your order or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Failure to notify us within this timeframe releases us from any obligation to provide a remedy or verify any claim. If notification is made within the specified period, our obligation will be to reship the correct items. To ensure prompt and accurate resolution of any issues with your order, any claim regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence. This includes: a photo of the received products (clearly showing their condition) together with the shipping label from the package in which the items were delivered.
